Another image using the Orton Effect. This was shot about the same time as my other photo from Jack’s River Falls. I didn’t own a tripod or a VR lens at the time, so these shots were hand held. Because of that most of the images were so badly out of focus that I thought there was no way to save them. I love the effect on flowers, and the woods, but I’m not sold on it for waterfalls.
I like it Marcus. I like how nothing over powers any one area of the shot. It has a nice calm feel to it.
